Akshaya project aims to 'Bridge the Digital Divide' by enabling thousands of ordinary citizens to access relevant information in the local language over the internet. The main objective of Akshaya is to develop a comprehensive digital network. The article based on the study which analysed how far Akshaya helps in the e-literacy programme.Downloads
