Abstract

This article throws light on the poor communication skills in English by the Degree, Engineering and Medical College students coming from the rural and Kannada medium background. The problems and solutions are discussed. Various means and methods to improve the spoken English, personality development and body language among the students through the library and librarian is suggested.
