The rapid developments that have taken place in recent years. in the field of Information technology have paved the way for revolutionary changes in Library and Information Centers in terms of both Digital Information Management and Services. Since the amount of information is emerging day to day at a tremendous speed. to find a particular information in the midst of information explosion is very difficult and so there is an urgent need for content or knowledge management and services to be adopted in Libraries.
