Information Feed-Back and Reporting System for Quality Control

Abstract

Quality control is a company-wide activity from the stage of product design through, all the steps of manufacturing to marketing and post-sales-service. Information feed-back for quality control is an integral part of management information system. Steps in the design and the diverse kinds of reports and charts of a quality control information system are outlined.
