Can Libraries Subscribe Periodicals in Future?

Today there is an increasing need to cope with the information explosion, especially for research scientists and technologists as the diffusion of information is primarily made through periodicals. A steady increase in subscription rates, fluctuation in foreign currencies, with limited budget pose a challenge to the Librarians whether it would be possible to allocate requisite funds for periodicals in future.Downloads
