A Sociological Study of Two Classification Research Groups

In this investigation, an attempt was made to apply Mullin's properties of theory groups to two bibliographical classification research groups: the Classification Research Group (England) and the Bangalore Documentation Research Group (India). It was found that both groups meet the properties and can be appropriately described as theory groups.Downloads
