Facets of Information Science : A Study into its Composition through Citation Analysis

Discusses the evolution of information science since late 1950s. Uses citation analysis as a method of delineation of the components of information science. The study reveals that information science is a cluster of multidisciplinary subjects and the cluster is still amorphous in its structure.Downloads
