Abstract

Identifies the various features that have led to a culture bond between India and Soviet Union. Presents the various events that have led to the admiration Dr. S.R. Ranganathan commends in the Soviet Union. Analyses the contribution of Ranganathan and recommends greater attention towards the seminal contributions to library science and service.
