The present study guides library professionals who have not yet automated their library. After familiarizing themselves with some techniques, they should be able to start the strategies outlined in the article for retro conversion. It discusses the practical issues involved in retro conversion work like, methodologies and steps involved in each method. The solution presented here can be used as an effective tool for successful completion of library retrospective conversion.Downloads
