The paper studies the adjustmental problems faced by college librarians in Tamil Nadu. The study used an Adjustment Inventory scale and found out that college librarians have moderate level of adjustment problems. The study has also found out that the variables, sex, marital status and experience have significant association with adjustment problems.Downloads
