Abstract

The paper aims to highlight the present developments in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and their impact on the users’ community in engineering and other technological libraries with special reference to the R.V. Engineering College Bangalore. The authors also have stated that present digital technologies have made drastic impact on users’ needs.
