Job Preferences in University and Special Libraries

Analysis of data collected from a random sample consisting of 183 professional staff working in university and special libraries revealed their first preference to reference work. The study also revealed that there is considerable agreement statistically in the order of preferences of jobs among various subgroups of professional staff - university and special libraries, junior and senior, and men and women.Downloads
