From the study of five very old journals of Geology it was noticed that the increase in collaboration and simultaneously decrease in the amount of publication verifies that subject Geology is a quite a fully developed field of study. It is therefore, concluded that in a highly developed field, although the number of collaborative publications are more, the rate of growth of publications is low.Downloads
