Abstract

Highlights the value of PERT/CPM as useful management techniques. Discusses the application of the same to a variety of management problems in library and information systems. A case study of problems faced in planning and establishing a library and information centre for a textile industry is presented. It illustrates the helpfulness of PERT/CPM in planning library systems and services.
