Utilization of Periodical Literature in Ship Technology:A Survey

A questionnaire was circulated among 122 enrolled library members of the department of Ship Technology, Cochin University of Science & Technology, Kerala. A total of 102 responses were analysed. The study was carried out to determine the most used periodicals in Ship Technology. Discusses the problems and solutions regarding the display, binding, photocopying, transfer, issuing and translation of periodicals. Provides a gradation list of primary periodicals and also a list of recommended titles.Downloads
