Studies the authorship pattern and the extent of research collaboration in the field of bibliometrics literature, based on the data collected from LISA (1964-1990). The study revealed that solo research is more favourable than the collaborative research. The degree of collaboration ranged between 0.20 to 0.35 during the period of study, with an overall average of 0.31.Downloads
