Abstract

Explains how huge amount of money was spent for the subscription of same periodicals which were being subscribed by the different universities situated within the radius of a few kilometers. Categorically shows the impact of overlapped subscription of Indian as well as foreign periodicals on economy. Analyses how the land, labour and capital were being wasted due to the duplicate subscription of periodicals. Suggests that only adopting of sharing mechanism can reduce duplicate subscription.
