Abstract

A library is a reservoir of intellectual resources. For the academic community, dissemination of knowledge, a basic objective of education is fostered by libraries. As libraries are bestowed with an objective of providing access to knowledge, proper management forms the backbone of day to day activities and its pertinent functioning. In this case study, management practices being followed in PEC library are discussed in detail. Some of the salient features of PEC library are also highlighted.
