Various aspects of information-seeking behaviour examined includes motives and purposes of seeking information, nature and type of information sought, sources of bibliographic informaion used, delegation of information-gathering work, time spent on information-gathering activities, dependence on different sources of information, inter-personal information- sharing, intra- and inter-organisational communication, informal and formal communication behaviour, use of and user-interactions with the 'primary library'. Compares and contrasts the results with results of other similar studies, and finally concludes by highlighting the implications of the results and by projecting the areas for further research.Downloads
